Al and Kim have combined their 30 years’ experience to create a multi-faceted, approachable consultancy team that collaborate with business owners. The Bright i team are well placed to drive an innovative Sales, Marketing & IT strategy for your business.

Alistair Wright

Director, IT & Telecoms Consulting

Al applies his broad IT and Telecoms experience to great effect helping business owners leverage new technology to generate increased sales and improve the customer journey. A lot of this experience comes from previously heading up a CRM Software Consultancy working with established businesses and start-ups in over 70 different sectors.

Before launching Bright i, Al held the position of IT Director at Cool Milk, the UK's leading, award-winning Nursery and School Milk provider. He was responsible for the efficient operation of the IT, Call Centre Telecoms and E-Commerce Infrastructure in the provision of a daily milk supply to almost 850,000 nursery and school children across 27,000 educational establishments.

Kim Wright

Director, Marketing & Social Media Consulting

Kim uses her Marketing and Content Creation expertise, working closely with businesses to develop their marketing tools in addition to driving online business via their website and social media. She has worked with varying sized businesses across a wide range of sectors.

Prior to launching Bright i, Kim held a number of Management positions most recently as Northern Region Marketing Manager for Savills Plc. This role involved proactively marketing the rural team and overseeing event planning, e-campaigns, advertising and developing customer relationship management systems. Kim also initiated and developed new business relationships with National companies on joint venture marketing activities.

At previous shows, we had to phone through customer payment details to the office in order to take deposits.
